At least 18 killed in Israeli West Bank attack

Stockholm, October 4 (Hibya) - At least 18 people have been killed in an Israeli airstrike on the Tulkaram refugee camp in the West Bank.
The Palestinian Health Ministry reports this, but the Israeli army says Hamas leader Zahi Yasser Abd al-Razeq Oufi was killed in the attack along with other Hamas members. According to Israel, Oufi was the mastermind of a series of attacks in the West Bank and was preparing another attack when he was killed in a joint project between the Air Force and the Shin Bet secret service. The Palestinian Authority says the Israeli military operation is the deadliest in the West Bank since 2000. Hamas leaders condemned the attack, saying it would lead to an escalation of the conflict, and the Fatah movement called for protests today to commemorate those killed in the Israeli attack. "I don't think there will be an all-out war," Biden said in response to a question at a press conference at the White House. He said he was very convinced that such conflicts could be prevented, although a lot would need to be done to make that happen.  Hibya Haber Ajansı
